1. Terms of service
    1. Application processing. We process customer applications in accordance with our privacy and anti-fraud policies, ensuring the security and privacy of your data.
    2. Service management. You can order the services of our service, monitor the exchange process and receive information about the status of the operation through our user interface.
    3. Transaction accounting. We keep records of all exchange operations in accordance with the rules and requirements of certain financial systems.
    4. Immutability of completed operations. Any completed exchange transaction is considered final and cannot be canceled by the customer once completed.
    5. Involvement of external performers. We reserve the right to engage third-party contractors to fulfill our obligations to clients.
    6. Time of operations. After accepting the terms of exchange, the client must send the currency within a certain time. In case of failure to meet the deadline, the agreement will be terminated without prior notice.
    7. Refunds. If the agreement was terminated due to non-receipt of the currency within the specified time, it will be returned to the sender's account, taking into account the commission costs for the transfer, borne by the client.
    8. Recalculation of operations. When the currency is received, if it is different from the one indicated in the application, we consider it as a request for recalculation according to the amount actually received.
    9. Termination of the agreement. If the amount of currency received differs by more than the specified percentage, we may cancel the transaction and refund the sender.
    10. Cancellation of operation. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and return the funds paid by the client without explaining the reasons.
    11. Denial of service. We can refuse further service to the client if he violates the terms of the agreement.
  2. Privacy Policy.
    1. Protection and storage of personal data. Your trust in providing us with personal information is very important to us. Some personal data may be required to use our services. We ensure the safety and security of this data by using encryption to store it and ensuring that it will not be transferred or disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as described in the relevant clauses of our agreement.
    2. Collection of additional information. If necessary, we may request additional data. All information collected is treated confidentially and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except for the situations described in our rules and privacy policy.
    3. Transfer of data upon official request. If necessary for an investigation or if there is an official request from law enforcement or a court order, we may transfer personal data and information about your actions.
    4. Data transmission at the request of the electronic settlement system. At the request of the electronic settlement system, we can provide information about the transactions you have made, if it is necessary as part of their internal investigations.
    5. Information storage. We store all received customer data and transaction details in our database for two years after the last transaction has been completed.
